Experience a colonial 1840's Georgian cottage with modern contemporary fixtures and fittings. A fully appointed kitchenette with stone bench tops, induction cook top, top of the range oven and full height stainless steel fridge. There is a small breakfast bar with stone bench top, French doors leading out to the private rear courtyard with an outdoor setting. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other typically a small Georgian room overlooking the garden, a study desk, a "king-single" bed and extra hanging space.
